Orders Within Greece

If you are not satisfied with an item, you may request an exchange for another size or model within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will arrange a delivery with our courier service
Shipping costs are covered by the customer
The exchange will take place at the same time (pickup & delivery together)

Worldwide Orders

We do not support exchanges for worldwide orders.
However, you may return your item for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) and place a new order.

Returns

🇬🇷 Greece & Worldwide Orders

If you are not satisfied with an item and do not wish to exchange it, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

A full refund will be issued excluding shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
Items must be returned using any courier service of your choice

For faster processing, please include a note inside the package with:

IBAN
Full name of the account holder
